Fat Mac’s Parrillada was born from a love of family, good food, and the belief that a meal can bring people together.

We’re a husband-and-wife team blending the flavors and traditions that shaped our family — Mexican-influenced flavors and urban backyard barbecue, with food made with our own personality.

From our carne asada and seasoned chicken to our signature chopped rib meat tacos, we want every plate to taste like something made for family, not something coming off an assembly line.

But Fat Mac’s is about more than selling tacos. We’re building something our daughters can grow up watching, participating in, and one day be proud to call part of their family legacy.
